My phone does not connect to the spirometer, what can I do?

The spirometer should connect automatically when you start a new test. If you’re having difficulties, here’s a checklist:

  1. Activate Bluetooth: Ensure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on. Exit the app, go to your smartphone settings, and activate Bluetooth.
  2. Battery Check: Sometimes low or improperly inserted batteries can cause issues. Try replacing or reinserting them securely.
  3. Verify Spirometer Connection: Tap the app menu button (your avatar in the upper left corner of the home screen). Select “Spirometer” in the menu, then press the “Connect” button for your specific spirometer. You can find your spirometer model name by removing the battery lid.
