How do I create an account for my child?
To set up an account for your child, you’ll first need an invitation from their Healthcare provider. This invitation will include both a patient account for your child and a guardian account for you, allowing you to track their progress and receive updates.
Follow these steps for both accounts:
- Download & Install: Get the app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open & Create: Launch the app and choose “Create Account.”
- Enter Your Code: Indicate that you have an invite code from your provider.
- Personal Info: Complete your personal details.
- Terms & Conditions: Agree to the terms and conditions.
- Connect to Clinic: The child account needs to accept the invitation to connect with your clinic.
- Accept follower invitation: The guardian account needs to accept the child account invitation.
You can use the same phone number for both accounts, but each account must have a unique email address.
